To secure your booking, we request a 30% deposit upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due after the event, once your guests have enjoyed every last sip. It’s simple, transparent, and designed to make the process smooth for you. Need a custom invoice? We’re happy to provide one — just let us know!
Yes, we’re a year-round service! CycloPro Café is fully equipped to operate in colder temperatures, whether it’s indoors or outside with the right setup. Our winter service is just as warm and welcoming — perfect for holiday parties, festivals, and seasonal markets in and around Montréal.
Only electricity is needed when operating indoors. Our mobile espresso bar is self-contained and efficient, with no need for a water hookup. For outdoor events, we arrive ready to serve — minimal setup, maximum impact. We’ll work with your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We know plans can change! If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund on your deposit with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, as we reserve your spot and begin preparations in advance. Have a weather concern or rescheduling request? Just reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
